Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Corpify website (corpify.tech) and all related products, courses, and services ("Services"). Corpify is operated by Sergey Klein. Email: support@corpify.tech.

By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. The Product

Corpify provides a software platform that allows users to deploy and operate a virtual AI corporation. The product includes:

• A pre-built corporation of 50 AI agent templates covering business, legal, financial, and (in Pro) software development functions
• The Corporate Operating System (Corporate OS) — a visual office, task management, and corporate memory system
• The PULSE Protocol packages for secure agent-to-agent communication and integration with multiple AI providers
• A setup guide and documentation explaining how to deploy and use the platform
• Bonus materials including the company registration assistance feature and a guide for applying to free AI credit programs

Packages:

• Standard ($149) — full corporation of 50 AI specialists + Corporate OS + course + bonus guides
• Pro ($299) — Standard + dedicated Software Development Team agents + Voice Control feature

Prices are in USD and may change. Your purchase price is locked at the time of payment.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase and license activation, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime license to:

• Access and use the course materials
• Use the AI agent templates for personal or commercial purposes
• Build your own AI corporation using our tools

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the materials with third parties
• Reverse-engineer or copy the underlying systems for competing products
• Use the Services for illegal activities

4. Intellectual Property

All content (text, code, agents, designs, logos) remains the property of Corpify / Sergey Klein. You receive a license to use, not ownership. The PULSE Protocol packages are released under their respective open-source licenses and are not subject to these restrictions.

5. Payment and Activation

• Payment is processed by LemonSqueezy.com LLC, the Merchant of Record
• After successful payment, you receive a license key by email
• The license is active once you redeem the key in the system

6. Ongoing Costs (Important Disclosure)

Corpify is a one-time purchase with no subscription. However, the AI agents require an external API service to function:

• Anthropic API (Claude): approximately $20–50/month depending on usage
• This is paid directly to Anthropic, not to Corpify

You are responsible for these third-party costs. Many users qualify for free credits (we provide a guide), but credits are not guaranteed.

7. No Guarantees

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• That you will earn money or achieve specific business results
• That AI-generated content will be error-free
• That third-party services will remain available at the same prices
• That every feature will work in every environment

8. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Confirm you are at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your license key secure
• Use the Services in accordance with applicable laws
• Maintain your own backups of any business data
• Comply with the terms of any third-party service you use

9. PULSE Protocol Crypto Integration Packages

The PULSE Protocol crypto integration packages (pulse-binance, pulse-bybit, pulse-okx, pulse-kraken) are software libraries for technical integration with cryptocurrency exchange APIs. They do NOT constitute investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial services.

Corpify does not provide cryptocurrency exchange, transmission, or custody services and is not a virtual currency business under applicable state laws. All exchange accounts and private keys remain under the user's exclusive control. Corpify does not hold, transfer, or custody any cryptocurrency or fiat funds.

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions. See the AI Disclaimer for additional details.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, resell materials, or abuse the support system. In case of termination for cause, no refund is owed.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

This does not exclude liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or for personal injury, where such limitation is prohibited by law.

12. Refund

14-day money-back guarantee before license key activation, per LemonSqueezy.com refund policy. Refunds are administered by LemonSqueezy.com LLC as Merchant of Record. Once your license key is activated, the purchase becomes final. See Refund Policy for the full procedure.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Iowa law governs the purchase transaction itself (per LemonSqueezy.com Terms as Merchant of Record). Any direct dispute between Corpify and customer concerning the operation of the website or licensed content is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (USA), excluding its conflict-of-laws rules.

The Services are intended for United States residents. Corpify does not knowingly market to or accept purchases from residents outside the United States.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
