When you purchase Corpify, you receive immediate access to the complete educational materials, AI agent templates, and bonus content. Once your license key is activated, you have downloaded and unlocked the full product — there is no way to "return" digital content that has been delivered.
This is similar to how digital books, software licenses, and online courses work. We've structured our policy to be as fair as possible to both our customers and our small business.
If you have purchased Corpify but not yet activated your license key, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
No questions asked. You don't need to explain why.
To request a refund:
We process refunds within 5 business days. The refund is sent back to your original payment method.
Once you activate your license key:
At this point, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
You will be reminded of this before activation, and you must explicitly confirm by checking a box that says: "I understand that activating my license key gives me full access to all materials and that this purchase becomes non-refundable upon activation."
Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content, this right is lost when delivery begins if you have explicitly agreed to immediate delivery.
By activating your license key, you provide that explicit consent and waive your right of withdrawal — as permitted under § 356 (5) BGB and Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
If you wish to preserve your right of withdrawal, do not activate the license key within the 14-day period.

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. We respond to all refund requests within 48 hours and most issues can be resolved directly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account termination and loss of access to your purchase.
