Scope: The Services are intended for United States residents. Corpify does not knowingly market to or collect personal data from residents of the EU, UK, or other jurisdictions outside the United States. If you are not a U.S. resident, please do not use the Services.
Corpify is operated by Sergey Klein (website operator). All product purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy.com LLC (Iowa, USA), the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy maintains its own Privacy Policy that governs how it handles your payment data.

We do not collect: payment card numbers (LemonSqueezy handles all payment data), social security numbers, biometric data, health information, or precise geolocation.
When you install Corpify, the installer creates a file named ~/.corpify/license.json on your own computer to activate and remember your license. It contains your license key, license tier, product ID, activation timestamp, and the email address tied to your purchase.
This file remains on your device and is controlled by you. The only time this information leaves your computer is when the installer contacts LemonSqueezy to validate that your license key is genuine. Corpify does not upload, sync, or retain a copy of this local file. You may delete it at any time by removing the ~/.corpify/ folder. We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or sell it to third parties.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security.
We use only essential cookies and Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which do not use third-party cookies or fingerprint visitors. We do not run advertising trackers (no Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage of license records, access controls, secure backup. No system is 100% secure — if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

How to exercise: Email support@corpify.tech with subject line "California Privacy Rights" and describe your request. We will verify your identity (by email confirmation tied to your purchase) and respond within 45 days.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Corpify does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is necessary, but you may still confirm by emailing support@corpify.tech.
Corpify is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required by law, notified by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
