Scope: Corpify is operated from Germany (EU) and sold to United States residents, with purchases processed by LemonSqueezy.com LLC (USA) as our Merchant of Record. This policy covers U.S. residents (see Section 8, California Rights). Because Corpify is operated from the EU, we also honor GDPR / UK GDPR rights for any EU/EEA or UK residents whose data we may process — for example, visitors to this website (see Section 8a, GDPR Rights). If you are located outside these regions, the general provisions of this policy still apply to you.
Corpify is operated by Sergey Klein (website operator). All product purchases are processed by LemonSqueezy.com LLC (Iowa, USA), the Merchant of Record. LemonSqueezy maintains its own Privacy Policy that governs how it handles your payment data.

We do not collect: payment card numbers (LemonSqueezy handles all payment data), social security numbers, biometric data, health information, or precise geolocation.
When you install Corpify, the installer creates a file named ~/.hermes/corpify-license.json on your own computer to remember your license. It contains your license key and the activation timestamp.
This file remains on your device and is controlled by you. The current installer stores it locally as proof of purchase and does not send it anywhere or contact any server to validate it. Corpify does not upload, sync, or retain a copy of this local file. You may delete it at any time. See our Installation & Software Notice for full details on what the installer does.
We do not use your information for behavioral advertising or sell it to third parties.

Each provider has its own privacy practices. We select providers that maintain industry-standard security.
We use only essential cookies and Cloudflare's privacy-friendly analytics, which do not use third-party cookies or fingerprint visitors. We do not run advertising trackers (no Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, or similar).
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures: HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage of license records, access controls, secure backup. No system is 100% secure — if a breach occurs, we will notify affected users in accordance with applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: Corpify does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is necessary, but you may still confirm by emailing support@corpify.tech.

Your purchase and payment data is processed by LemonSqueezy.com LLC (USA) as Merchant of Record, under its own Data Processing Agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses governing transfers of personal data outside the EEA/UK.
Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing withdraws your consent, and we will stop sending marketing communications to you (transactional emails, e.g. license delivery, are unaffected).
Corpify is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where required by law, notified by email. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
