You must verify important information before acting on it.

Your Responsibility When Using AI Output

Before using AI-generated content for important purposes:

  1. Read it carefully — don't blindly trust the output
  2. Verify facts — especially numbers, dates, names, citations
  3. Test code — if AI writes code, test it before deploying
  4. Adapt to your context — AI doesn't know your specific situation
  5. Keep records — for legal/tax compliance, document your decision-making process

Third-Party AI Services

Corpify works with an external AI service: Google (Gemini) by default, and any other provider you choose to configure in the underlying Hermes engine.

These services have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI service you use.

We are not responsible for AI service outages, changes in pricing, changes in capabilities, or decisions made by AI providers.

Data Sent to AI Services

When you use the AI agents:

Recommendations: Do not include personal data of others (clients, employees) without their consent. Do not include confidential business secrets unless necessary. Do not include passwords or financial credentials. For maximum privacy, you can configure a local AI model in the underlying Hermes engine instead of a cloud provider.

AI Output and Liability

Corpify provides the tools and education. The AI provider (Google, or another you configure) provides the AI service. You are responsible for the use you make of the AI output.

Neither Corpify nor the AI providers are liable for decisions you make based on AI output, errors in AI output that you act upon, or business outcomes resulting from AI-generated work.

AI Evolves Over Time

AI technology changes rapidly. Capabilities improve, new models replace old ones, behavior may change between versions, pricing structures may change.

Third-Party Service Names

References to "Gemini" (Google LLC), and any other AI provider you choose to configure, are for identification purposes only. These are trademarks of their respective owners.

Corpify is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or any other provider. The underlying Hermes engine is an independent open-source project by Nous Research.
