Corpify uses Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically Claude by Anthropic, as the intelligence behind its agents. This disclaimer explains what AI can and cannot do, and what you should keep in mind when using it.

AI Can Make Mistakes

AI systems, including Claude:

• Can produce inaccurate or outdated information
• May "hallucinate" — confidently state things that are not true
• May misinterpret your questions
• Cannot verify facts in real time (unless equipped with internet access)
• May reflect biases present in their training data

You must verify important information before acting on it.

AI Is Not a Licensed Professional

The AI agents in Corpify (including agents named "Lawyer", "CFO", "Accountant", "Marketing Director", etc.) are educational tools, not licensed professionals.

AI-Generated Content Ownership

Content generated by AI agents (texts, plans, analyses, code) belongs to you to use freely for your business. We do not claim ownership.

However:

• AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions
• AI may inadvertently produce content similar to existing copyrighted material — review before publishing
• Some platforms restrict or label AI-generated content (e.g., for advertising) — check platform policies

Your Responsibility When Using AI Output

Before using AI-generated content for important purposes:

1. Read it carefully — don't blindly trust the output
2. Verify facts — especially numbers, dates, names, citations
3. Test code — if AI writes code, test it before deploying
4. Adapt to your context — AI doesn't know your specific situation
5. Keep records — for legal/tax compliance, document your decision-making process

Third-Party AI Services

Corpify works with external AI services: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), Google (Gemini), and others via PULSE Protocol.

These services have their own terms of service, privacy policies, and acceptable use policies. You are responsible for complying with the terms of any AI service you use.

We are not responsible for AI service outages, changes in pricing, changes in capabilities, or decisions made by AI providers.

Data Sent to AI Services

When you use the AI agents:

• Your prompts are sent to the AI provider
• The provider may temporarily process this data
• Sensitive information you include in prompts could be exposed if the AI provider has a data breach

AI Output and Liability

Corpify provides the tools and education. The AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.) provide the AI service. You are responsible for the use you make of the AI output.

Neither Corpify nor the AI providers are liable for decisions you make based on AI output, errors in AI output that you act upon, or business outcomes resulting from AI-generated work.

AI Evolves Over Time

AI technology changes rapidly. Capabilities improve, new models replace old ones, behavior may change between versions, pricing structures may change.

1. Treat AI as a smart assistant, not an oracle
2. Always review important AI output before using it
3. Cross-check facts with authoritative sources
4. Get human professional review for legal, financial, medical decisions
5. Stay informed about AI capabilities and limitations
